properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. BC means Basecoat; DB means drybrush: HL means Highlight;
WB means Wipe back NOTE: Materials needed to finish a piece are
highlighted in bold print the first time they are used. To Dilute colors add
one part of water to one part of color.

All Glazed Pieces:
Begin with
properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque
to remove any dust. When finished glazing & painting properly fire to shelf
cone 06.

For Money Pots:
Attach pieces to corks with silicone.

Tuxedo.)

SP-226 Speckled Green Thumb to leaves. Float watered down SC-22
Carrot Top to crevices in carrot. Float watered down SC-8 Just
froggy to crevices in leaves. Dip in dipping glaze of you r choice and
fire to cone 06.

Apply 2 coats S-2161 Golden Oak to stripes. Dab PC-602 White
Cascade on pot only. Apply 3 coats S-2566 Almond to name plate.
Apply 3 coats S-2118 Cocoa Bean to rim of name plate. Paint letters
with SC-16 Tuxedo. Bear: BC Entire Bear 902 Black.
WB bear 905 Rich Brown. DB belly, face and pads 906 Cocoa Brown,
HL 939 Warm Beige blush cheeks and pads 942 Raspberry Light.

3885 Plain
Pot 4” t

Apply two coats of PC-501 Terra Cotta
using CB-618 soft fan. Apply wax resist to the rim and base of pot.
Apply three coats of S-2566 Almond to body of pot. Thin SC-34 Down
To Earth like water and spray on pot to distress. Splatter pot randomly
with thinned SC 52 Toadily Green. Draw on design. For leaves, load CB-404
pointed round with SC-52 Toad-ily Green and tip in SC-63 Popeye’s
Favorite, stroke in leaves, applying two coats. For olives, use same
brush and load in SC-15 Tuxedo and tip brush with SC-71 Purple-licious,
applying one coat. Outline leaves and stems and paint oval rim and letters
with SC-15 Tuxedo using liner.

SC-15 Tuxedo. Frog: Apply 3 coats SC-77 Glo-Worm. Float
watered down SC-26 Green Thumb to deep areas. Paint spots & irises SC-75
Orange-A-Peel. Paint heart SC-69 Princess Pink. Paint Pupils,
lashes & detail lines SC-15 Tuxedo.

Antique pot and church by applying SC-12
Moody Blue and wiping back well with wet sponge. Clean sponge often to
wipe white areas back completely. Leave Moody Blue in letters. Apply
SC-31 The Blues to pot rims, church roof and eaves. Dip both pot and
church in dipping glaze. Allow to dry completely and fire to cone 06. Apply
fired white gold to cross and fire according to manufacturers written
instructions.

Terra. Apply #970 Glossy Sealer to shoes. Pot: Antique oval
and clover with SC-26 Green Thumb by apply the glaze and wiping back
with wet sponge. Leave Green Thumb in the letters. Apply 3 coats of SC-6
Sunkissed to oval rim. Apply SC-7 Leapin Lizard to Clover. Apply
3 coats EL-119 Burnished Steel to pot. Apply clear glaze to oval ,
oval rim and clover. Make sure not to get the clear glaze over the
Burnished Steel. Allow to dry completely and fire to cone 06.

BC with 3
coats of a Series 2000 Glaze of your choice. Decorate with Stroke & Coat
glazes as desired. Or BC with a Series 2000 Glaze. Then paint designs with
wax resist. Then apply thick coats of desired Stroke & Coats to each area &
dry quickly with a hair dryer (which will cause small cracks that will get
bigger when fired) When finished. Fire to an 06 cone.
