glazes used are Mayco) Cut out desired shapes in greenware. Fire to cone 04.
BC pumpkins with PC 501 Terra Cotta
Base. Float diluted OS 8
Briarwood on to the stem and OS 6
Foliage Green on the leaves. Apply wax
resist to the stem and leaves and on some areas of the bottom portion of
the pumpkins. With a mop brush, apply 2 coats of S
2233 Light Olive. With a glaze fan brush, apply 2-3 coats S
2221 Pumpkin Tart to the raised areas of the pumpkins leaving some of
the light olive in the recessed areas of the pumpkin. Randomly float some
diluted SC14 Java Bean in some of
the recessed areas and splatter some of this diluted color on the pumpkins.
Fire to cone 06.
