approximately 10 Sm Pottery Snowmen or 5 X-Lg snowmen.

Cut stars in greenware. Fire bisque to witness cone 04. Apply 2 coats 50/50
mixture of PC-503 Khaki Pottery Coat & PC-502 Speckled Buff
Pottery Coat. Dry. Apply OS1 Mirror Black to eyes & mouth. Apply
AC-302 Wax Resist to face & hands. Apply watered down OS8 Briar
Wood creases in nose & coat. Apply watered down OS4 Chinese Blue
to creases in scarf. Apply 3 coats S-2151 Blue Lagoon to scarf. Apply
3 coats of EL-109 Blue Ridge to coat. Apply 3 coats EL-119
Burnished Steel to hat & buttons. Dab coat & scarf with PC-602 White
Cascade. Apply 3 coats S-2566 Almond to rest of snowman. Dry.
Dab PC-601 Clear Cascade to almond coated areas. Apply 1 coat
S-2101 Natural Clear to everything except wax-resist areas. Fire to cone
06. (Glaze ornament hat the same as penguins hat-instructions below)

Apply 3 coats of 50/50 mixture PC-501 Terracotta &
PC-502 Speckled Buff. Let dry between coats. Apply OS1 Mirror Black
to eyes. Apply AC-302 Wax Resist to faces, hands, buttons & edges of
star cut-outs. To coat & top of hat apply 1 coat S-2170 Bright Red.
(or Blue Santa: S-2588 True Blue & Green Santa: S-2562
Canton Jade) & apply 2 coats
S-2144 Clarret (or Blue Santa: S-2115 Tahiti Blue Green Santa: S-2158
Green Sapphire). To fur & beard apply 3 coats S-2566 Almond. To
basket & bag apply 3 coats S-2161 Golden Oak. To tree apply 1 coat
S-2562 Canton Jade & 2 coats S-2156 Evergreen Fir. To lantern apply
EL-119 Burnished Steel. Dab PC-602 White Cascade to everything
except beard & wax-resist areas, lantern & beard. Apply 1 coat S-2101
Natural Clear to everything except wax-resist areas & lantern. Fire to
cone 06.

Cascade to red & white areas. Fire at an 06 cone.
