On a tile mix #979 Krack-Up, a touch of #714 Teal* and a touch of #700 White with a soft brush & stipple this mixture on scarf except for edge. When dry this will give a glossy effect. Splatter #972 Silver on robes & scarves. Apply #970 Glossy Sealer to base.
